We, at M&R can provide you with an array of
custom commercial preventive maintenance and service contracts
to meet and exceed your expectations. We work closely with each
individual customer or facility director to come up with a plan
that meets your specific needs.
We know that you require quality, dependable service
for your day-to-day operations. See below a sample of one of our
contracts.
PREVENTIVE MAINTANANCE
SERVICE CONTRACT
The following is a preventive maintenance service contract only.
This contract service will be performed once per quarter on those
units listed above. These units will have the following preventive
maintenance performed:

1. Cleaning and adjustments of Thermostats
2. Cleaning and adjust all safety controls
3. Lubricate all moving parts
4. Check all belts and adjust tension
5. Change all filters
6. Clean all aluminum filters
7. Check burner adjustment (Winter)
8. Check A/C freon levels (Summer)
9. Complete operation check of units |
1. Cleaning of Condenser
2. Oiling of motors
3. Check and adjust controls
4. Clean evaporator motors, blades & covers
5. Drains Flushed
6. Door hardware maintained
7. Door gaskets checked
8. Electrical wiring units checked and maintained
9. Notify management of existing or impending problems |
Either party may cancel this agreement with a 30 day written
notice.
Contract includes all labor, filters, belts, oil and grease to
perform these services. Any other work at time of inspections
other than what is specified in maintenance contract will be charged
accordingly. Management at that time will be notified of any other
work needed. All other parts and labor for service not listed
in this contract will also be charged accordingly.
